AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1.078 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "S-~'~ (SUBURBAN} DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475, of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 :ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 10'78 (Amending `~S-1" Suburban} District,
g Secta.on 1 is hereby amended to include the following, located on
7'the west side of Esplanade between Eaton Road and Shasta Ave.,
g Chico, more particularly described as follows:
g Lots 2 and 3 of a parcel map recorded in Map Book
44 on page 59 of the Butte County .Recorder,
