ORDINANCE CORRECTING IMPROPER DESCRIPTION
l The Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of Ca1if-
2 ~ ornia, DO ORDAIN as follows: .
3 , SECTION 1, Re Terence is_hereby made to Ordinance 1712

4= which zanec~-~ certain property within the unincorporated area of
5; ~ the County of Butte. Through clerical error the description of

6 the property that the Berard of Supervisors intended to zone was
7 ~ in error. The description of the lands that were intended to be
8. included within Ordinance 1712 is set forth below and Ordinance
g' 3.712 is hereby amended by deleting the description of the proper-
10 ~ ty affected herein and is to read as follows:
].1 ~ Said area so zoned being located on the west side oT
12' Esplanade, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
13 The northerly 90 ft. of the easterly 363 ft. of
Lot 1 of "Evans Tract"' per Map of Record in Map
