Resolution No. 17-143
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CALIFORNIA MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY
AND BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), is a member of the .faint
Powers Authority through California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA); and
WHEREAS, BCDBH desires to participate in the (Participation Agreement for Procurement of State Hospital
Beds; and'
WHEREAS, CalMHSA requires a resolution approving the CaIMHSA Participation Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors approves the CaIMHSA
Participation Agreement for Procurement of State Hospital Beds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of September, 2017, by the
following vote:
AYES. Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert,Teeter, and Chaim Connelly
