FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT
OF FORESTRY AND (FIRE PROTECTION FOR SERVICES FROM,
JULY 1, 2017 TO JUNE 30, 2018
CONTRACT#2CA03516
BE IT RESOLVED by the Beard of Supervisors County of Butte that said Board does hereby approve the
agreement with the California [department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2017. This
agreement provides Fire Protection during the State fiscal year 2017-18,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board Chair of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 121h day of September, 2017, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
