AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 927 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "R'~3" (MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
1 ?~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 ~ of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
3~County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ~ `ORDAIN as follows
~ Ordinance No. 927 (Amending "R-3" Medium Density Residen-
B tial) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the follow-
7~~~ing, located in Chico, more particularly described as follows:
$~ ~ Lot 26 of 'Hobart Sub's per Map of Record in
'` Map Book 4 on Page 24 of the Butte County
~' i Recorder.

11' E. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
12 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
13 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
