STATE HIGHWAY ELECTRICAL FACILITES COST SHARING WITH COUNTY OF BUTTE
WHEREAS,the State of California,through its Department of Transportation has presented an agreement for Cost-
sharing of the State's highway within County of Butte, effective as of September 12, 2017, and to remain in effect until
amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS,the County of Butte Board of Supervisors has heard and read said agreement in full and is familiar with
the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves of that said
Agreement for Cost Sharing Cost of State Highway Electrical Facilities with County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of September, 2017, by the
following vote:
AYES:Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert,Teeter, and Chair Connelly
