RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
17-94064
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County
Board of Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug/Medi-Cal
agreement for FY 2017-18 through FY 2.019-20; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director,
Butte County Behavioral Health,to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2017-18 through FY 2019-20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is
authorized by the Board of Supervisors to accept this agreement with the State Department of Health Care
Services for a multi-year total of$11,790,360 and to accept albove described provisions of this agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26x' day of September, 2017, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
