Resolution No. 17-158
PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY— PONDEROSA FIRE'
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte, in accordance with the
proclamation made by the Acting Chief Administrative Officer on the 111 day of September, 2017, caused by the
Ponderosa Fire, and the Beard of Supervisors ratification of the action by the Acting Chief Administrative Officer
on the 5 z” day of September, 2017; and
'WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normalprotective services, personnel, equipment, and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26' day of September, 2017, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
