ORDINANCE NO. 171;
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l that Section No. 3 (B} of Ordinance No. 12$4
of the County of Butte entitled FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE
ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Flat Amount Class Code Class Title
$3.50/hr. 0448 Special Security Officer
Section 2 that Section No. 60 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled MANPOWER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
600-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manpower Specialist III,.
1 Typist Clerk II
and adding thereto the following:
2 Manpower Specialist TTI/II
2 Typist Clerk II
thereby changing the total from 12 to l4.
This ordinance shall take effect on June 25, 1g76
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the
