NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limits for Special Districts under control of the Board of Supervisors of Butte County are established to be the amount shown on Attachment A for fiscal year 2017- 2018; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
