Resolution No. 17-198
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) wishes to enter into an
agreement with the Department of Health Care Services (D'HCS); and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires a resolution designating an individual to be authorized to sign said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes BCDBH to
accept the terms of the above-referenced agreement with DHCS and authorizes the Director of BCDBH to sign
said agreement along with all amendments thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of December, 2017, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Lambert, Teeter, and Vice-Chair Kirk.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Conne-0ly
NOT VOTING: None
