AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE
COUNTY 0~' BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "A-2
LTD" (LIMITED) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Cour_ty of Butte, State
2 ; of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended
~ and declari ng an emergency, DO ORDAIN, as follows
~` SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 ~ the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is here-
8 ~ by zoned as an "A-2 Ltd" (Lim~.ted) District far a period of 365
7' days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and re-
8 ` stri cted uses and regulations hereinafter specified ar:d prov? ded .
9~ Said area so zoned being located in Oroville, more
10! particularly described as:
I1` Being a portion of Sec 1$, T19N, R4E, MDB&M.
Z2' Commencing at th¢ NfnT earner of Lat 1 of "Seem Indus-
13 ` tra.al Tract" per map of record, Book 17, Page 33 and
34.
14~ Thence N 10° 20' E, along tha east ri ght-of-way line
15 ~ of Feather River Blvd . , a distances of 379 .0 7 ft . to
the point of beginning. Thence from said paint of

2.5 BUTLDxNG SITE AREA REQUIRED:
Each szngle-fam~.ly residence shall be located b~ a

2.6 SIDE YARD REQUT?~EMENTS:
The minimum. side yard shall not be less than five
(5) feet.
2.7 REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS:
The m~.nimum rear yard shall be not less than five
(5) fQet.
2.$ OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS:
Two (2} parking spaces far each living unit, or one

(1) parking space for each three (3} employees, or one (l) oarking
2 space for each two thousand (2 , 000 } sq . ft . of gross floor space ,

4 2.9 TRUCK LOADING AND UNLOADING SPACE: I,
5 Private off street loading space for the handling
~ of all goads, materials and equipment shall be provided. Such
7 space shall be of sufficient area and of such design as to permit
$ the parking a_n d unloading of vehicles without extending into any
9 existing street beyond the curb line .
10 2.10 In cases where compliance with provisions of this
1Z section will result in undue hardship, a variance may be approved
12 ' in said manner prescribed in the handling of a use permit.
13 `, SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not
14 specifically authorized and permitted in Secta.on 2 are prohibited .
15 ~ SECTION 4. Tn compliance with the provisions of said
16 ~ Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the saute is hereby amended by adding
17 ` this Ordinance in full .

20 ` the Zoning Enabling Ordinance . In compliance with the provisions
21 of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and
~2~ after its effective date became a supplement t:o and part of the
23 ~ Zoning Enabling Ordinance .
24 i SECTION 6 . This urgency ordinance shall take effect

immediately upon its passage, and bafare the expiration of fifteen
