HomeMy WebLinkAbout1720ORDINANCE N0. 1720 AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY 0~' BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "A-2 LTD" (LIMITED) DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Cour_ty of Butte, State 2 ; of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended ~ and declari ng an emergency, DO ORDAIN, as follows ~` SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in 5 ~ the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is here- 8 ~ by zoned as an "A-2 Ltd" (Lim~.ted) District far a period of 365 7' days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and re- 8 ` stri cted uses and regulations hereinafter specified ar:d prov? ded . 9~ Said area so zoned being located in Oroville, more 10! particularly described as: I1` Being a portion of Sec 1$, T19N, R4E, MDB&M. Z2' Commencing at th¢ NfnT earner of Lat 1 of "Seem Indus- 13 ` tra.al Tract" per map of record, Book 17, Page 33 and 34. 14~ Thence N 10° 20' E, along tha east ri ght-of-way line 15 ~ of Feather River Blvd . , a distances of 379 .0 7 ft . to the point of beginning.
