The here?nafter described area situated Wr. the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it ?s hereby zoned as a "S-R-1" {Suburban--Resi dential} Distri ct .for a period of 365 days, and such area shall be subject to thA restric- tions and restix~cted uses and regulations hereinafter spec?fied and provided. Said area so zoned being located northw6st of Chico, more particularly describe d as: All of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of "Cussze~: Tract" per map of record in Map Book 1 on Page 48 of the Butte County RecordAr. Containing 64 acres , more or IPsS . SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "S-R--1" 1~ISTRICT; The fallowing regulations shall apply ? n a "S-R-1" {Suburban-Resi d~±ntial} District: 2.1 USES PERMITTED: a. Single-family dwellir_gs, not including tents or mobile homes . b . Accessory bu~.ldings pertinent to the perm~.tted area. 2 .2 AGRICULTURAL USES , EXCEPT LI~TESTOCK SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: a. For each head of swine aver ten (10 } weeks of age , eight thousand one hundred tw,~nty-five ( 8,125) sq . feet. c. For each head of sheep or goats, two thousand (2,000} sa. ft. 2.3 LOT AREA: Minimum required area of a lot per dwelling unit shall be not less than one ( ~.} acre . 2.4 LOT WIDTH: Minimum lot width shall be not less than ane hundred thirty (I30} fAet. 2.5 FRONT YARD: Minimum front yard shall be fifty ( 50 } feet Pram the centerline of the raced except where thn road is classified by the County as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback require - ments shall be fifty-five ( 55) feet from the center line of said road. 2.6 SIDE YARD: Minimum side yard shall be not less than five (5) f . Tn compliance with the provisions of said zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same ? s hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full, SECTTDN 6. The penalties for the violation of thQ zoning hereby imposed withjn the district shall be a5 provided in. the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance . SECTION 7.
