HomeMy WebLinkAbout17231 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 lI 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 2I 22 23 24 26 28 ORDINANCE NO. 1723 AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING, A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH" (AGRICULTiJRAL-RESIDENTIAL P•~OBILE HOME} DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butter State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hQreinafter described area situated ?n the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is here- by zoned as an "AR-MH" ~Agr-cultural-Resident...i al Mobile Home} District for a period of 120 days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and r~strict~d uses and regulations here?naf_te~ specified and provided. Said area so zoned bQi ng located near Oroville, more particularly described as I The northerly 200 ft, of Lot $ of Block 22 of Villa Verona Sub pe r Map of Record, Wall Map No, l2, of the Butte County Recorder. Containing 1.52 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "AR-1!RH" DISTRICT: ~ The follov~ring regulations shall apply ?n an "AR--~4H" (Agricultural-Residential Mobile Home) District: 2.1 USES PERJ`4ITTED: a. Single-family dwell.ngs . b. All sanitary facilities shall conform to State Statutes and regulations and to local require-- meets of the Butte County Health Department. 3. All electrical ~:nstallations shall conform to State Statutes and regulations as administered by the Building Division of the Butte County Public Works Department. c. Accessory buildings pert? Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrour_ds, schools and public utility buildings . d. Commercial poultry farming and livestock farmir_g. e. Veterinary clinics, outpatient. f . Nurseries and plant gardens . 2"-3 LOT AREA REQUIRED: Minimum required area of a lot per duelling unit shalt be not less +.han eight thousand one hundred twenty= five (8,125} sq. ft. 2.4 LOT WIDTH REQUIRED: Minimum lot width shall be not less than s ixty--five (65} fe~e~.. 2 .5 FRONT YARD REQUIRED Minimum front yard shall be f? fty ( 50 } ft . from the centerlin6 of the road, except where the road is classified by the County as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback requirement shall be fifty-five ft. from the centerline of the road. 2 .6 S IDE YARD REQUIRED Minimum side yard shall not be less than five (5} ft. --3- ~ SECTION 3. In compliance w7 th the prav? si ons 9 of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance , th? s Orda Hance shall from and 10 after its effective date become a supplement to and p«rt of the 11 Zoning Enabling Ordinance. 12 SECTION 6. This urgency ordinance shall take effect 13 immediately upon ~.ts passage, and before the expi rati on of fi fteei 14 (15) days after its passage shall be published once wi th the 15 names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for a.~.d 16 against tha same in the Orov' 11e Mercer Re ister a news- 17 paper in general circulation in the County of Butte, State of 18 California .
