2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 4?5, of said County,
3` being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Ordinance No. 14.88 (Amending "A-10" Agricultural) District,
'Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located south of
g Palermos more particularly described as:
7 That portion of the N~ of the NE~-, and the SEA a£
the NEB of Sec. 34, T18N, R4E, MDB&~d, located west
g of the Western Pacific Railroad right-of-way.

15 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
