AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 925 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AN "R-1" DISTRICT.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
3 'County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 DRDAIN as follows:
S Ordinance No. 925 (Amending "R•,.1'~' Single Family Res~iae~.-
g '~`~~~~~~ District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
7 :following located on the southeast corner of. Lassen Ave. & .
Norseman Ave., Chico, more particularly described a.s follows:
9 -Lots 10 through 18, 41, 42, 43 and 44 of that
Map titled "Revised Tentative Map of Park Commons
10 subdivision" on file in the Office of the Butte
County Planning Department described as:

18 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days

21 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
22 Chic o.En~erpris~e Record , a newspaper published in the County

23 of Butte, state of California.
