AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 928 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AN "R-4'~ (MAXIMUM-DENSITY DWELLINGS
RESTRICTED SERVICE} DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
~of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
~~County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
I~ORDAIN as follows:
Ordihance No. 928 (Amending "R=4" Maximum-Density

Dwellings Restricted Service) District, Section 1 is hereby
amended to include the following, located on the southeast corner
of Lassen Ave. & Norseman Ave., Chico, more particularly described
las follows:
Lots 1, 28, 29, 30, 3l, 32, 53 as shown on that
Map titled 'Revised Tentative Map of Park Commons
Subdivision's on file in the Office of the Butte
County Planning Department described as:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 27
of "Hobart Sub" per Map of Record in Map Book 4
on Page 24 of the Butte County Recorder, also
being the intersection of the centerlines of
Norseman Ave. and Lassen Ave.; thence N 53° 12' E
792 ft.; thence S 36° 48' E 167 f t.; thence S 53°
12' W 136 ft.; thence S 36° 48' E 213 ft.; thence
S 53° 12' W 480 ft.; thence N 360 48' W 82 ft.;
thence S 53° 12' W 172 f t.; thence N 36° 4$' W
298 ft, to the point of beginning.
Containing 5.89 acres more or less.
That this Ordinance shah, take effect thirty (30} days
'after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
`fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
,the names of the members voting for and against the sa me in the
'Chz.c:o. Enterpr~.se Record,, a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California .
