AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1722 0~' THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOwN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1 that Seetion No, 27 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled COUNTY CLERK 310-000 is
:hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Stenographer Clerk I, II
and adding thereto the following:
1 Stenographer Clerk II or
Legal Stenographer Clerk
Section 2 that Section No. 58 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled REFUSE DISPOSAL 5~9-000 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
6 Refuse Disposal Attendant
and adding thereto the fallowing:
5 Refuse Disposal Attendant
hereby changing the total from 10 to 9.
Section 3 that Section No. 60 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled MANPOWER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

Section 4 that Section No. 61 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYME?~IT
600.002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the Following:

1 Account Clerk

and adding thereto the following:

3 Health Aide
This ordinance shall take effect on August 7, 1976
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of Fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
