OF BUTTE, STATE OF vALIFORNIA, AN "A-2 LTD" (LIMITED
DISTRICT
1' ` The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended, and
3 ;declaring an emergency, Df7 ORDAIN as follows:
4 SUCTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the
5 'County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as
6 an "~-2 Ltd" (Limited District for a period of 120 days, and such area
7 shall be subject t° the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations

SECTION 2. .REGULATIONS F'OR .AN "A-2 LIMITET7" BISTRICT:
- 2.1 The provisions of this classification shall apply to
property as described in Sec 1.
2.2 USES PERMxTT~;~7:
The following uses are permitted within all parts of the
' }District:
a. Lav~rful uses of land now established.
b. Single-family dwellings and accessory buildings.
c. Agricultural uses and. buildiz~s.

recreational vehicle parks, campsites, public or quasi-pub~.ic uses
includi ng schools, churches, public buildings, public utility buildings
will be allowed without first securing a use permit approved by the
Planning Commission.

Fifty (50} ft. from the centerline of the road., except where
Vii; the road is classified as a Federal Aid Secondary, then the minimum set-
back sha11 be fifty-five (55} ft. from the centerline of said road.
2.5 BUILDING SITE AREA RE ~UIREMENT:
Each single-family residence shall be located on a site,nat
less than eight thousand, one hundred and twenty--five (8,125} sq. ft.

The minimum side yard shall not be less than five (5} feet.

2.7 REAR YARD RE 6?r.7IREMENTS
The minimum rear yard shall not be less than five (5} feet.
2.8 OFF-STREET PARKING RE QUXR.~NTS

Two (2} parking spaces for each living unit, or one (1}

parking space for each three (3} employees, or one (1} parking space for
each two thousand (2,000 sq. ft, of gross floor space, whichever is
greater.
2.9 TRUCK LOADING ANTI UNLOADING SPACE
Private off-street loading space for the handling of all
;:goods, materials and equipment shall be provided. Such space sha11 be
: of sufficient area and of such. design as to permit the parkir~ and un-
loading of vehicles without extending into any existing street beyond
the curb- line. - .

2.10 In cases where compliance with provisions of this section
E wi11 result in undue hardship, a variance may be approved in said manner
prescribed in the handling of a use permit.
SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not speci--
fically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited.
SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said Zoning
Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance
in full.
SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning
` hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning
' Enabling Ordinance. In compliance pith the provisions of the Zoning
~:
Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance sha11 from and after its effective date
become a supplement to and part of the Zo Wing Enabling Ordinance.
. SECTION 6. This urgency ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after
`its passage shall be published once with the names of the members of the
