(AGRICUl,TURAL-RESIDEN- TIAL MOBILE HOME} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 475 1'he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4.75, of said County being .the Enabling Ordinance, DO ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shad be and it is hereby zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural-Residential Mobile Home) District, and such area ~sha11 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations ~ hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located in -the unincorporated area of Butte County, in Oroville, more particularly I describe, as: The northerly 200 ft, of Lot $ of Block 22 of Villa Verona Sub per Map of Record, Wall Map No. 12, of the Butte County Recorder. Containing 1.52 sores, more or less. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS F'OR AN "AR MH" DISTRICT. The following regulations shall apply in an AR ~&H (Agricultural- Residential Mobile Home) District: 2.1 USES PERMITTED a• Single--fama.~.y dwelliiags. b. Mobile Homes - to one family, when such Mobile Home is the only housing facility located on the premises, provided the following conditions are conformed to: 1. The gross area of the ffiobile Home shall not be less than 500 square feet. 2. All electrical installations shall conform to State Statutes and regulations as administered by the Buildi ng Divi sion of the Butte County Public Works Department. c. Accessary buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. d. Agricultural uses. e. Livestock, subject to requirements as follows: 1. Mi nimum lot area to be devoted to residential uses shall be not less than eight thousand, one hundred twenty-five (8,125) square Feet. 2. Exclusive of the area devoted to the residential use, the following lot or parcel areas shall be required for each animal raised or kept on the premises; a) For each horse or head of cattle over one (l) year of age -eight thousand, one hundred twenty-five (8,125) square feet. b) For each head of swine over ten (10) weeks of age - eight thousand one hundred twenty-five 18,3.25) square feet. c) Far each head of sheep or goats -two thousand (2,000) square feet. 2.2 THE PQI;LQ~AlINO USES SUBJECT TO SEC~JRII+~ A USE PERMIT IN EACH CASE: a• Duplex dwellings and multiple-family dwellings. b. Public and quasi-public uses inaludirg churches, firehouse, hospitals, ps,rks and playgrounds, schools andpublic utility buildings. d. Comtperciai poultry farming and livestock farming. e. Veterinary clinics, outpatient. f. Nurseries and plant gardens. 2.3 LOT AREA RE QIIIRED: Minimum required area of a lot per dwelling unit shall be not less than eight thousand one hundred twenty--five (8,125} square feet. 2.4 LOT WIDTH RE QUIRED: Minimum lot width shall be not less than si~ty~-five (65) fast. 2.5 FRONT YARD RE QUIRED: Minimum front yard shall be fifty (5O~ feet from the center- . line of the. road, except where the road is classified by the County as a Federal. Aid Secondary Raad, the minimum building setback requirement shall be fifty-five feet from the centerline of the road. 2.b SIDE YARD RE AIRED: Minimum side yard shall not be less than five (5} feet. SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not speoifically authorised and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited. SECTION ~.. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the provisions of the Zoning .Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance sha11 be from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 6. fihis ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect fxora and after thirty (3O) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (~,~~ days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with. the names of the .members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroyille Mercury , a ziewspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
