AN ORDINANCE AlI~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 995 ZONING A PORTION
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALI1~'ORNIA, A "C 1"
(LIGHT COMeffERCIAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 ' California, under and. pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said County,
3 being the Toning Enabling Ordinance as amend.ed., DO ORDAIN as follows:
44 Ordinance No. 995 (Amending "G-li' Light Commercial) District
5! Section l is hereby amended to include the following located i n Paradise,
8 more particularly described ass
7 That portion of Sea. l3, T22N, R3E, ~DB&14~, and
Sea. 18, T22N, R4E, MDB&M, located south of Bille
$ Road and west of Pent ~agalia $ighway, and earth
and east of the following described liner

Commencing at the NE ovrner of said Sso. l3, thence

51.04 ft.; thenoe S 59° 22' O6" W, 16.95 ft.;

the southerly right-of v~ay line of Bille Road and
