AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1379 ZONING A PORTION
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE 4F CALIFORNIA, A "3'AC"
(PLANN7a'D AREA CLiTSTER) DISTRICT
The .Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California., under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said County,
being the Zoning Ex3abling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:

Ordinance No. 1379 (Amending "PAC" Planned Area Cluster
District Section ~. is hereby amended to include the following located
in Chico, more particularly described as:
Lot b of "Cusick Tract" per Map of Record in Map Book
1 on Page 48 of the. Butte County Recorder and;
Lat 13 of "Evans Txaat" per Map of Record in Map Book
3 on Page 67 of the Butte County Recorder
Containing 1g.5 acres, more or less, Chico.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days after
the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members
voting for anal against the same in the Chico Enterprise , a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, on the 10 day of August ,
1876, by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Laaa, Madigan, McKilbp, and Chairman Cameron
