AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. gg6 ZONING A P0~?TSON
OF THE COUNTX OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "C-2„
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL} DISTRICT
1 The Beard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 'California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said County,
3 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Ordinance No. gg6 (Amending "C-2" General Commercial District
~ Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located in Oroville,
g `more particularly described as:
~' Being a portion of Sections 18 and lg, T1gN, R4E,
more particularly described as:

Beginning at the intersection of the north right-
9 of way line of State Hwy 162 and the east right-of-
way line of State Hwy 70; thence north along the east
10 right-of-gray line of State Hwy 70 to the Oroville
City Limits; thence variously northeasterly? easterly
1], and southerly and easterly along said Oxovill e City
Limits to the east xight-of-~vay line of Feather River
32 Blvd.; thence southerly along the west right-of-way
line of Feather River Blvd. to the southwest corner
