AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 946 ZONING A PORTION
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALZ~'C}RNIA, AN "M-2"
.(HEAVY INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT
The Beard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and. pursuant to Ordinance No. Q.75, of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 946 (A,mending "n!I-2~' Heavy Industrial} District
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located in Oroville,

All that property in Section 19, T19N, R4E, bounded
on the east by Feather Raver B1vd., on the west by
State Hwy 70 and on the north by State Hwy 162,
Excepting therefrom all. that property located within
930 feet of the oentarline of State Hwy 162,
Also excepting therefrom the following described
parcel
That cextain parcel of real property located in Sec. l9,
T19i1, R4E, MDB&M, more particularly described as follows:
1.42 acres in what is known as the "Chinese CemetEry"
on the said Marysville-Oravill.e Highway, in said Sec. lq
described as follows: Beginning at a point that is
located S 80 10' V'J 1601.0 feet and thence N '~7° 20' W
38.D feet from the southeasterly earner of the 30-acre
tract of land co mreyed by deed from Natomas Compar~y to
