OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORr]I.A, A "P-Q"
PUBLIC-QUASI PUBLIC DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
! Califarni a, undex and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County,
being the Zonir~ Enabling Ordinance as amended, 1~1 bRDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1351 {Amending "P~-Q" Public-~.iasi Public District
Seetian 1 is hereby amended to include the following located in Chico,
more particularly described as:
That certain parcel of real property Located in Sec. lq,
TZgN, R¢E, MDB&M, more particularly described as
follows
- ].. ¢2 acres iri what is known as the "Chinese Cemetery"
on the said Marysville-0roville Highway, in said
Section 19 desoribed as follows:
Beginning at a point that is located S $° IO' 'N 1601.0
feet and thence N 770 20' W 38.0 feet from the'south-
`~ easterly corner of the 30-acre txac~ of land conveyed
by deed from Natomas Company to Butte County Farm
Bureau and recorded in Book 655, Official Records of
