AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 996 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, AN "C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said Count
being the honing Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as
follows
Ordinance No. 996 (Amending "C-2" General Commercial)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located in Oroville, more particularly described as:
That portion of. Section 22, T19N, R4E, MDB~M, located
south of Oroville-Bangor Hwy. and east of Foothill Blvd.
Containing ~ acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (~0) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-
teen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
names of they:members voting for and against the same in the
oroville Mercury , a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, 5t ate of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 31 day of
August 1976, by the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors 'Ladd, Madigan, McKi~.~.op, Richter and Chairman Cameron
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
NOT VOT TNG : None
