AN ORDINANCE ASCENDING ORDINANCE NO o 927' ZONING A
PORTION OP THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CAI~IPORNIA,
AN "R-3" ~MC+~DIUM DENSITY RESTDENTIAI~~ DISTRICT'
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County,
3 being the Zuni 4 Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Ordinance No. 927 (Amending "R-3" Medium Density 'residential)
5 District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the fallowing, located
6 in Chico, moxe particularly described as follows:
7 The easterly 356 ft. of the southerly 460 ft. of
Lot 25 of Hobart Sub per ~+fap of Record in Cap Book
8 4 on Page 24 of the Butte County Recorder.
9 Cantainir~ 3.76 acres, more ox less, Chico.
10 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
11 the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
],2 after its passage, it shall be published, with the names of the members
1S voting for and against the same in the Chico Enterprise Record ~ a
],4 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
15 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, of the County
16 of Butte, State of Califoxnia, on the 31 day of August ,
17 1976, by the following vote:
18 AYES: Supervisors T~add, Madigan, McKillop, Richter and Chairman Cameron
19 NOES: None
