The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
:California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. q.75, of said County,
€being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO dRDATN as follows:
drdinance No. 996 (Amending "C-2" General Commercial] 1~istrict
`Section ~. is hereby amended to include the followin; located in Chico,
more particularly described as:
All that property located east of Esplanade, west of
State Hwy 99 and north of and within 660 feet of the
north line of Lots l~, 8, and 12 of "Esmeralda Tract"
per Map of Record in Map Book 1 on Rage 33 of the
Butte County Recorder.
Contai Wing 22 acres, more or less, Chico
