AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II
OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY
CODE
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
2 State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:

Section 1. That Section 20-2.5 is -hereby added

4 to Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code to read as follows:
5 Section 20-2.5. Notwithstanding anything
6 in this chapter to the contrary, the public works director shall
? be responsible for, and the public works department shall process,
8 all applications submitted pursuant to this chapter.
g Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
~,p effect thirty {30) days after the date of its adoption, and before
11 the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
12 published with the names of the members voting for and against
13 the same i n Oroville Mercury a newspaper published i n the
34 County of Butte, State of California.
