The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Ordinances No. l7ll, 112 and 1713 each zoning
a portion of the County of Butte sha11 and are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This urgency ordinance shall take? effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
{15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Chico Enterprise Record a newspaper in general
circulation in the County of Butte,' State of California. The
facts constituting the urgency an which this ordinance is based
are:
1. The Writ of Mandate issued by the Superior Court of
'the State of California for the County of Colusa in action No. 14553
entitled City of Chico; Petitioner vs. County of Butte, Respondent,
directs Ordinance Nos. 1711, 1712 anal 1713 to be set aside.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Aecember
197, by the Board of Supervisors by the following vote:
AYE S:Supervisors Ladd, Madigan, McKillop, Richter and Chaix~an Carne
