The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte DO
ORD IN as-fallows:
Section 1. That Chapter 20 of the Butte County
Code is hereby amended by adding Section 20-174 as follows:
Section 20-174. Notwithstanding anything to the
contrary in this chapter, in the event an adjacent parcel is
acquired, including those parcels which do not conform to
standards for minimum parcel size to permit use or development
under a zoning, subdivision or other ordinance of the county,
which has been subdivided under this ordinance or any prior
ordinance or law regulating the division of land, then in that
event no parcel map or subdivision map shall be required for the
purpose of sale, lease or financing of such parcel.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty. (30} days after th.e date of its adoption, and before the.
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published with the names of the members voting far and against
the same i n the Oroville Mercury a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
