AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE BUTTE
COUNTY CODE BY ADDING SECTIONS 24-187, 24-188,
24-189 AND 24-190 THERETO
The Board of Supervisors off' the County of Butte DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That Sections 24-187, 24-188, 24-189 and
24-190 be added to the Butte County Code to read as follows:

is contested, a duly noticed public
hearing shall be held before the Board of
Supervisors to determine compatibility.

{C) FRONT YARD REQUIRED:
Minimum required front building setback shall be not
less than fifty {50) feet from the centerline of file
road, except where the road is classified by the
County as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum
required front building setback shall be not less
