601-001 is hereby amended by deletzng therefrom the follow~,ng:

This ordinance shall take effect on March 19, 1977
which is beyond 3D days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.

the County of Butte this 8th day of February, x.977
