AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1722 OF THE
COUNTY.QF BUTTE,..KNOWN...AS THE "SALARY_ORDINANCE."
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 42 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled BUILDING INSPECTION ~~0-003
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
12 Building Inspector I/IT
and adding thereto the following:
14 Building Inspector I/II
thereby changing the total from 19 to 21.
Section 2 that Section No. 51 of Ordinance No, 1722
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING &
ADMINISTRATION 53a-o04 3.s hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
$ Assistant Civil Engineer or Jr.
Civil Engineer
6 Engineering Technician II
and adding thereto the following:

Section 3 that Section No. 61•of Ordinance No. l7.22
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT
600-002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect on April 2, 1977
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 1st day of March, 1977
by the following vote:
