Resolution No. 18-005
RESO'LUTIO'N APPROVING MALE COMMUNITY REENTRY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Butte County Beard of Supervisors previously entered into an agreement with the California
Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR),to allow the Probation Department to provide services for the
Male Community Reentry Program ( CRP); and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount of the agreement is$3,161,840; and
WHEREAS,the term of the agreement shall be December 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018..
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Chairperson of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said contract on behalf of the Butte County Probation Department entered into between the County of Butte
and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Boardof Supervisors this 9th day of January, 2018, by the following
vote:
AYES:Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Connelly,Teeter, and Chair Lambert
