The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 60 of Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled MANPOWER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
6ol-aol be deleted in its entirety and hereby amended by adding

This ordinance shall, take effect on April l6, 1977
which is beyond 3fl days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (l5) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of Galifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 15th day of Maxch 1977
