Resolution No. 18-0131
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO., 4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE-
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 29 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "Sectio'n 29-Salary Plan for Elected andl
Appointed Officials” to be retitled "Salary Plan for Elected, Appointed Officials and Board of Sup'ervisors'
Members""to include the following:
Classification Title Class Code Annual Salary
Board of Supervisors Member 240 $59,284
NOVO,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "460-Agriculture" by reclassifying the following:
Position Previous Classification New Classification
2.00 Office Specialist, Senior/Office Specialist Accounting Specialist/Account Clea, Senior/Account Clerk
Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "704-Information Systems" by deleting there
from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 8910 Deputy Director, Information Systems-C
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
2.00 1337 Program Manager, Information Systems
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 20 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "430-Probation" by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.00 5513/5514/5514 Probation Officer III/11/1 (posiflon to end 6/30/18)
Thereby increasing the total allocations by two (2).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 13th day of February,
2018, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
