Resolution No. 18-040
RESOLUTION I AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Haat the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28, Reference E (Effective 12/02/2017) of Salary Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte
County Management and Supervisory Unit" by adding the following classification:
Class Code Salary Range Classification Bi-Weekly Step 1 Bi-Weekly Step 7
4079 46 Public Health Emergency $1,980.00 $2,654.80
Preparedness Coordinator
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled ".541-Behavioral Health" by deleting there from the
following:

Section 20 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "430-Probation" by deleting there from the
following:

And Adding:

Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
