RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO..4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY(ORDINANCE„
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
5 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "050-Auditor-Contoller" by deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1253 Manager, Governmental Accounting
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1253/1256 Manager, Governmental Accounting or Supervisor,Auditor-Accountant
There by leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
12 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "440-Development Services" by deleting there from the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1,00 3309/3308 Building Inspector, Senior or Building Inspector (term position to end
06/30/19)
1.00 3403/3404 Permit Technician or Permit Assistant(term position to end 06/30/19)
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 3309/3308 Building Inspector, Senior or Building Inspector
1.00 3403/3404 Permit Technician or Permit Assistant
Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.

following vote:
AYES:Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk,Teeter, and Chair Lambert
