RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNO'W'N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE-
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
29 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4138 of the County of Butte entitled "Appointed Officials with Bi-Weekly Range
Assignments” by adding there to the following:
Section 29 Reference C (Effective April 21, 2018)

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
22 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "530-Public Works” by adding there to the following:

1.00 4332 County Surveyor
Thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1).
