Resolution No. 18-071
RESOLUTION MODIFYING OFFICE HOURS—CLERK-RECORDER'S OFFICE
WHEREAS,the Butte County Board of Supervisors hes recognized a need to modify office hours in certain
departments to better serve the public; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 2241 provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying
those office hours which a department will be open to public business transactions; and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk-Recorder has requested that their office hours be changed'.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby resolves that the
County Clerk-Recorder's Office hours be changed to be open to the general public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p. .
on regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this P day of May, 2018, by
the following vote:
