Resolution No. 18-076
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR TO RECORD CERTIFICATE OF
ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, on April 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors authorized the Butte County General Services
Department Director to execute all necessary documentation, including the Certificate of Acceptance in order to
effectuate the conveyance of the real property located at 182 East 4th Avenue, Chico, California 95926, which was
bequeathed to the County of Butte by Elizabeth Sawyer Wolfe and Stephen Mastalir, Co-Trustees of the Elizabeth
Sawyer Wolfe 1999 Trust Dated February 8, 1999; and
WHEREAS, California Government Code section 27281 requires a resolution adopted by the Board of
Supervisors authorizing an officer or agent to record certificates of acceptance.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED pursuant to the authority conferred by this resolution,the Butte County
Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the General Services Department Director as the duly authorized officer to
execute all documents including the Certificate of Acceptance in order to effectuate the conveyance of the real
property located at 182 East 4 t Avenue, Chico to the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 8th day of May, 2018, by the
following vote:
