Resolution No. 18-079
RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets& Highway Code provides that in May of each year County shall submit to
the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS,the Department of Transportation,State of California, in 2017 certified to the State Controller that the
total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,289.956 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,289.158 miles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased to 1,289.158
miles.

following vote
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
