RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
MENTAL HEALTH PLAN AND APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF' DEPARTMENT OF (BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
AS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY OF THE AGREEMENT
FY 2017/18_..2021/22

WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), contracts with the
California State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS); and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires a resolution approving the Mental Health Plan Contract and delegating
signature authority to the signer, Dorian Kittrell, MFT, BCDBH Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
Mental Health Plan agreement and authorizes Dorian Kittrell, MFT, BCDBH Director, to sign the Mental Health
Plan agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of June, 2018, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Teeter, and Chair Lambert.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None J4
