RESOLUTION I AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference F of Ordiinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "Confidential Employees” by adding there to the
folllowing:
Class Code Classification BRange Bi-'Meekly Step 1 BI-Weekly Step 7
8922 Program Manager, 63 $3,013.60 $4,038.40

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
6 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "541-Behavioral Health" by adding there to the following:

2.00 4175/4174/4173 Behavioral Health Education Specialist,Senior/Behavioral
Health Education Specialist/Behavioral Health Education
Specialist, Associate (position to end 6/30/2021)

Thereby increasing the total allocations by five (5).
NOW,THEREFORE” BE:IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends section
8 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "550-Child Support Services" by adding there to the following,

And deleting:

Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
17 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "090-Human Resources" by deleting there from the following:

1.00 1320 Payroll Supervisor
Thereby decreasing the total allocations by one (1).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
18 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "704-Information Systems" by deleting there from the following:

1.00 1337 Program Manager, Information Systems
1.00 1291 Manager, Telecommunications
And adding:

Thereby decreasing the total allocations by one (1).
