Resolution No. 18-112
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4133 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Bate hereby amends Section
3 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "460-Agriculture” by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1112/1113/1114/1116 Agriculture Biologist/Weight& Measures Inspector, Senior/III/fl/1
Thereby increasing total allocations by one (1).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
4 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "080 Assessor” by deleting therefrom the following:.
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1244 Assessment Clerk
Thereby decreasing total allocations by one (1).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
6 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "541-Behavioral Health” by deleting therefrom the following:

And adding:

8 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "550-Child Support Services” by deleting therefrom the following.

Thereby decreasing total allocations by one (1).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
