FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AND CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION
FOR SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30,2019

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the agreement
with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS,this agreement provides Fire Protection during the State fiscal year 2018-2019.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 25th day of September, 2018, by the
following vote:
