HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-150 / r/ / r f � / f / / r r / r ��'� ��� f` ,,r, r„r ��i`/l/�/i„J/,r������r,����/,I�IJ,r. /��;���/�/j/.�, ,�/��r/�i/'�f���P��rl/J/. ir. /,l�r� / �✓//�j�/r ,' � ! , r r ( ✓, it�J ,1' / ,a/ / / r l J'l rr / /J 1 r'r, ��� r, f t � r1 / f r. /f- r v, f � i r / ,,,,r,c,i,,l„r� r,/ .��l�f/���/�,���i✓�/J/�,rr/Ir���%L�Jl�la/io1�lJ,��,e�rl��ir��/���✓/m fa�i//�/„�a r/��//�L�,� ,IJ,/',/ , �l a,ri, /, 1� a Resolution No. 18-150 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING BUTTE COUNTY AS ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITY ECT THE CALIFORNIA EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS AND HOUSING PROGRAM WHEREAS, the State of California (the "State"), Department of Housing and Community Development ("Department") issued a Notice of Funding Availability ("NOFA") dated August 15, 2018 under the California Emergency Solutions and Housing (CESH) Program (Program, or CESH Program); and WHEREAS, Butte County is an Administrative Entity designated by the Continuum of Care to administer California Emergency Solutions and Housing Program funds; and WHEREAS, the Department may approve funding allocations for the CESH Program, subject to the terms and conditions of the NOFA, Program requirements, and the Standard Agreement and other contracts between the Department and CESH grant recipients. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors as follows: 1.. if Butte County receives a grant of CESH funds from the Department pursuant to the above referenced CESH NOFA, it represents and certifies that it will use all such funds in a manner consistent and in compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and laws, including without limitation all rules and laws regarding the CESH Program, as well a,s any and all contracts Applicant may have with the Department. 2. Butte County is hereby authorized and directed to receive a CESH grant, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,0010 in accordance with all applicable runes and laws while acknowledging that the current allocation is$1,002,050. 3. Butte County hereby agrees to use the CESH funds for eligible activities as approved by the Department and in accordance with all Program requirements, and other rules and haws, as well as in a manner consistent and in compliance with the.Standard Agreement and other contracts between Butte County and the Department. 4. The Director of the Department of Employment and Social Services, or Director of the Department of Behavioral Health, or the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to execute the Standard Agreement and any subsequent amendments or modifications thereto, as well as any other documents which are related to the Program or the CESH grant awarded to Butte County, as the Department may deem appropriate.
