RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4133,OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE-
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference D of Ordinance No. 41.33 of the County of Butte entitled "Social Services Workers' Unit" by adding thereto
the following:

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference E of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management and Supervisory Unit.
(BCMEA)" by adding thereto the following:

6 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "541-Behavioral Health" by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
9 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "470-Clerk Recorder" by deleting therefrom the following:

Thereby decreasing the total allocations by 1.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
14 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "570-Employment and Social Services" by adding thereto the
following:

Thereby increasing the total allocations by 4.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
18 of Ordinance No.4133 of the County of Butte entitled "704-Information Systems" by adding thereto the following:

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
21 of Ordinance No. 4133 of the County of Butte entitled "540-Public Health" by deleting therefrom the following:

And Adding:

Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
