RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE PROCLAMATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY—CHEROKEE AND LA PARTE FIRES
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte duce to the Cherokee and La Parte
fires, in accordance with the proclamation made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 91" day of October,
2017, and reaffirmed and ratified by the Board of Supervisors on the 10Lh day of October, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal) protective services, personnel, equipment, and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 611 day of)November, 2018, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
